The Angus L. Macdonald Library accepts all requests for 3D Printing and scanning services on the basis that

(1) The person submitting the order to the Libraries agrees that no infringement of copyright or intellectual property is or will be involved in such printing, scanning or reproduction,

(2) The person submitting the order accepts all liability for copyright infringement arising thereout, and

(3) The person submitting the order agrees to indemnify the Angus L. Macdonald Library and St. Francis Xavier University against all liability, claims, damages, and costs arising thereout.
