Yes. Linking to full-text resources is the best practice.
Link Rather than Post: Since linking invokes no copying issues, instructors should provide links to electronic resources in Moodle/Blackboard rather than uploading PDFs (copies). For StFX library materials add the library proxy prefix https://libproxy.stfx.ca/login?url= to the URL so students can access the document from off campus.
