Do you have restrictions on some records?
Answer
Yes. Due to privacy issues and the sensitivity of some records, restrictions are imposed upon some material for a certain period of time. According to our mandate, StFX records are closed to researchers for 25 years from the date of creation of the record. This does not apply to published StFX material. Longer restrictions apply to faculty, staff and student records. Some records will never be open to researchers but are available to the office which created them or by written permission of that office.
