How do I check the status of my Document Delivery request?

1) Login in to Interlibrary Lending (ILL) request form

Fill in the requested log-in information:
- Username/ID - This is the barcode on your StFX ID or Community Borrowers card.
- Password - Your last name, exactly as it is spelled on your library account. To double check the spelling, please log in to the Novanet catalogue by selecting the StFX patron option and using your webFX credentials to authenticate.
2) In the left hand menu, under "My Requests", click "Open requests"
Your open requests will now be displayed:
3) Click the "+" icon next to the request you are interested in for more information
4) At this point you can:
a) Message the interlibrary lending staff about your request. This is a great option if your request was canceled and you would like to provide more information.
b) Cancel your interlibrary lending request
c) or view the detailed history of your request
