My Document Delivery request was cancelled - what do I do?

1) Login in to Interlibrary Lending (ILL) request form

Fill in the requested log-in information:
- Login: StFX Library card barcode (Begins 2199…)
- Password - Your last name, exactly as it is spelled on your library account.
- To double check the spelling, please log in to the Novanet catalogue by selecting the appropriate patron option and using your assigned credentials to authenticate.
- StFX Users: webFX credentials
- Community Borrowers: Library card barcode, plus your self-generated password. Click on the option to reset your password if you can't remember your password or it no longer works.

2) In the left hand menu, under "My Requests", click "All requests"
All your requests will now be displayed:
3) Click the "+" icon next to the request that was cancelled
4) Message the interlibrary lending staff about your request. This is a great option if your request was canceled and you would like to provide more information.
