- books that are missing or at the bindery
- journal articles (one article per journal issue)
- theses
- chapters of a book (up to 20% of the book)
- microforms
- newspapers (microform only)
- conference proceedings
You cannot order...
- software
- materials for class use (textbooks, manuals)
- entire issue of a journal
- reference material
